Brief Introduction
Tea polyphenol is a natural antioxidant ingredient extracted from tea leaves, with strong antioxidant ability, has the characteristic of non-toxic side effects and no peculiar smell.
The content of tea polyphenols is around 20%-30% in dry tea leaves.Tea polyphenols are the main components which determines the color, aroma, taste and function of tea.It can be divided into Catechins, Flavones, Anthocyanins and Phenolic acids.
