Brief introduction

These chemical conversions during microbial fermentation of dark tea are associated with a variety of functional core microorganisms.It is a unique tea and has a long history in China. It is mainly produced by pressing tea, mainly produced in Anhua Hunan, Shaanxi, Hubei, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guangxi and other places . The most famous dark tea is Anhua dark tea .
